- Cancellation OR modification conditions:
In case of cancellation or modification up to 14 days before the arrival date, the establishment does not charge any fees.
For cancellations or changes made less than 14 days and up to 24 hours before arrival, a charge equivalent to one night's stay will be made.
In the event of late cancellation or modification (less than 24 hours) or no-show, the total amount of the reservation and associated services will be charged.
In the event of early departure, the entire stay will be charged.
Prepayment / Deposit :
Customers must confirm their reservation by paying a deposit by cheque* or credit card *equivalent:
- 30% of the total amount for a stay of 3 nights or more,
- 50% of the total amount for a stay of less than 3 nights and
- 100% of the total amount for a 1-night stay,
A bank deposit is required to confirm your reservation:

* A credit card number with expiry date and the last 3 digits on the back of the card (cryptogram).
