Air Loyauté, New Caledonia’s second largest airline, offers regular daily flights between the Loyalty Islands: Lifou, Ouvéa and Maré. Flying from Nouméa-Magenta, it also serves Tiga, Koumac/Belep and Touho. (Private) charter flights are also available within New Caledonia on request, subject to availability. Its 19-seat Twin-Otters are used wherever low passenger numbers or inadequate infrastructure prevent it from using its ATRs, ensuring the islands stay connected and keeping people moving. It uses its Beech 200s for medical evacuations to Nouméa’s hospitals.
